THE STORY
« A warm welcome to our cool winter friends! We have tracked them deep in Lalylaland's magic forest: pine cone Woody fell from somewhere above us right in front of our feet. He got along well with our autumn fellows Erwin, Peter and Henry right away.
A bit later we met stag Heinz at a manger. First we thought he must be one of Santa Claus' reindeers, but he explained to us that he's a genuine Fallow deer and was never employed at Santa's delivery service. Heinz also joined us with great pleasure, not just because we bribed him with warm milk and homemade Christmas cookies. On our way home it quietly began to snow and the magic forest was covered in a glittering icy layer soon.
A third visitor was waiting for us when we arrived: Sir Simon the snowman had made himself comfortable in our garden to enjoy a cup of delicious five o'clock ice tea. His nose was almost as red as ours when we came back from the frosty forest. Winter is here to stay and so Woody, Heinz and Simon are!

Whether it’s a simple curved branch with leaves, bud designs or the gota patterns, you should remember these easy designs. While it takes time to obtain a fair hand in intricate designs, you can always start with the simple henna or mehndi patterns and with practice later on you can go for intricate Arabic henna designs.
In order to start with any kind of mehndi design, you have to learn the art of drawing leaves and vines. The below collage of patterns can give you some basic ideas to learn from.

Some tips to follow:
- In order to check if your skin is allergic to your skin, you can apply a small amount on your hand before starting with the step by step henna design
- If you’ve done waxing on your hands, then wait for a day or two before applying henna. As pores are opened and the chemicals present in henna might enter through open pores
- The color of the henna is different on palm and on skin. While it is darkest on palm, it appears to be lighter on hands. It only get darker after one or two days

We
arrived at the bride's resort, where excitement levels were running
high. The bride's henna took nearly 6 hours for her elaborate designs,
but after that we still had another 6 hours of mehandi to do for her
guests. We literally used up every last drop of our henna, even going so
far as to squeeze the little bits left in our cones into another cone!
The group was crazy about henna, so much so that
they didn't want us to even take a break to eat a sandwich during our
12 hour shift. Hey now, henna artists are human too! In the end, the
mehandi came out beautifully and all of the guests got several designs
each. It was a privilege to be able to come to the bride's rescue and
save her special day! Talked a lot today :P
If you want your hands to look beautiful and different in your special events so choose us because we care of your hands as we do ours!
Here comes the stain update by a sweet client sent the picture today, It is pleasure to have such sweet clients and ee are delighted doing their work, thought to share this picture...
The bride's mehandi came out incredibly dark and we are looking forward to seeing the wedding photos, taken by her best friend/photographer. As much as I love doing henna, it is energetically pretty exhausting for us.....<3
